A soft, pillowy, no-knead dough is filled and topped with sweet orange icing in these decadent orange rolls!

Combine yeast, warm water, warm milk, sugar + salt with 3 cups of flour. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

After 1 hour, add remaining sugar, melted shortening, and remaining flour. Dough will be sticky.

Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

Make orange icing by beating softened butter. Add orange zest, orange juice, and powdered sugar.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and divide in 2. Roll each half into a large rectangle. Spread each with 1/3 of the icing.

Roll each rectangle up from the long side and cut into 6 pieces.
