Peaches, vanilla ice cream, and coconut vodka make for a perfectly boozy way to beat the summer heat.

Boozy Peach-Coconut Milkshake

Alternate title: A milkshake that just might bring all the boys to the yard.

Luckily for you, I have nothing else to say on that topic, so let’s move on, shall we?

Here we are, entering week 2 of this season of The Bachelorette and, with it, entering week 2 of The Bachelorette Party! (Make sure to check out my introduction in case you missed what’s happening last week.)

The Bachelorette Party

This week it is my turn to bring you a girls’ night in recipe, and what could be more perfect for a night in with the girls than a boozy milkshake?

Answer: Nothing.

To make things even better, this recipe is playing double-duty this week, as it would make a great addition to your Memorial Day barbecue menu (which, I trust, you compiled with the help of this grilling round-up). It might be hotter than Hades out there, but we are beating the heat over here with a luscious mixture of peaches, ice cream, and coconut vodka.

Bonus: If you drink enough of these, you really won’t care how hot it is anymore. Just sayin’.

Now, if we are going to do this, let’s do this right — got it? None of that skim milk, low-fat frozen yogurt stuff here. We can save calories elsewhere, but let’s make our milkshakes the real deal. So grab your blenders and throw in some peaches (fresh or frozen), vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and  just a splash of Epic Coconut Vodka. Or perhaps a big splash, depending on how you’re feeling at the moment. Blend it up and sluuuuuuurp!

Not a fan of vodka? That’s ok – throw in your favorite coconut rum instead. We aren’t picky here. Just, possibly, a little bit tipsy.

Servings1 milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 ounces coconut vodka

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

Depending on your blender, how soft your ice cream is, and whether you are using fresh or frozen peaches, you may need to add a bit more milk to the mixture. Also note that you may adjust the amount of coconut vodka (up or down) depending on how strong you like your drinks. Replace the vodka with coconut rum if you prefer.

  1. Ohhhh my gosh. This looks ah-mazing. I love milkshakes (not cos they, uh, bring all the boys to the yard but anyway) so something deliciously milky AND boozy sounds perfect! What an amazing addition to the Bachelorette party goodness Stephie, I want! xx

  2. Peaches, ice cream, and booze are three of my favorite things! It is so hot where I live right now and all I want to do is bury my face in this milkshake! I haven’t had a milkshake in so long and I think it is time to change that 🙂
